As we age, our skin’s own production of Hyaluronic Acid decreases causing the skin to form wrinkles and look older. Eucerin Hyaluron-Filler Day SPF 15 Refill with 3x Effect formula counteracts this process:
1. Fills: High and low molecular acid, moisturises and plumps up wrinkles.

Eucerin Hyaluron-Filler Day SPF 15 addresses the first signs of ageing in dry skin. It noticeably plumps up fine lines and even deep wrinkles for a rejuvenated look. It effectively prevents UV-induced photoageing (premature skin ageing caused by the sun), the deepening of wrinkles, and protects the skin from free radicals.
Eucerin’s unique blend of high and low molecular Hyaluronic Acid, Glycine Saponin and Enoxolone delivers a targeted approach to visibly plumping even deep wrinkles. High molecular Hyaluronic Acid improves hydration and smooths the outermost layers of skin while low molecular Hyaluronic Acid, which is 40 times smaller1, penetrates further into the epidermal skin layers where deeper wrinkles originate. The anti-oxidant, Glycine Saponin, supports Hyaluronic Acid production in the dermal layer where the deepest wrinkles are formed and protects from free radicals. Enoxolone protects the skin’s own Hyaluron from degradation.

Hyaluronic Acid is formed by skin cells and is part of the connective tissue of the skin. One of its key functions is to retain moisture, and it has the ability to bind in between 1,000 and 10,000 times its own weight in water (i.e. one gram binds between one and ten liters). As we age, the skin's natural ability to produce Hyaluronic Acid depletes and wrinkles start to form and deepen.
Glycine Saponin, also known as Glycine Soja Germ Extract, is an active ingredient extracted from the soya bean. It is one of the most effective stimulators of Hyaluronic Acid in cells in the dermal layer of skin and has been proven to increase Hyaluronic Acid production by up to 256% on cell level*.

How do I know if Eucerin Hyaluron-Filler is the right anti-ageing range for me?
The Eucerin Hyaluron-Filler range has been specially formulated to tackle the first signs of ageing such as fine lines and wrinkles. While our skin is as individual as we are, and skin ages differently depending on our genetics and lifestyle, these lines normally start to appear around the age of 30. The products in the Eucerin Hyaluron-Filler range work to counteract the ageing process by plumping up deep wrinkles. For visibly smoother, radiant, and younger looking skin.

At what age should I start using Eucerin Hyaluron-Filler?
Our skin is as different as we are, so the answer to that question varies from person to person and depends on many factors both internal (such as our genetics) and external (such as the amount of sun our skin has been exposed to). As a general rule, the first signs of ageing such as fine lines and wrinkles start to appear in our 30s and that is when we recommend you start using the Eucerin Hyaluron-Filler range. Why does Eucerin Hyaluron-Filler Day SPF 15 contain UVA and UVB filters?
The sun’s UVA and UVB rays affect skin in different ways. UVA rays are most commonly associated with photoageing (premature skin ageing caused by the sun) as they contribute to the breakdown of skin components such as Hyaluronic Acid, collagen and elastin that are key to the firmness and elasticity of skin. UVB rays can cause immediate damage such as sunburn and long-term damage such as skin cancer. Read more in how the sun’s UVA, UVB and HEVIS light rays affect skin.
Facial skin is frequently exposed to both types of UV, even on cloudy days. That’s why Eucerin Hyaluron-Filler Day SPF 15 includes both UVA and UVB protection.
